In recent years, with the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, promote a significant improvement of people's living standards, the real estate industry is gradually on the right track, get rid of the early stages of exploration. The real estate industry has gradually become the foundation of the national economy and pillar industries, and promote the development of related industries, constitute a major source of government revenue. It should be noted that after China's accession to WTO, the real estate industry has been an unprecedented development opportunities and become an important area of government investment, promoting the development of China's real estate industry has played a crucial role.Firstly, the people's livelihood and residential real estate development projects as the research objectives of risk management. Through access to relevant documents, on the basis of risk management with reference to researches on real estate development projects, combined with practical work experience and my knowledge of learning, from the perspective of the real estate development project life cycle, namely:investment decision stage, the preparation stage, stage of development and construction, leasing sales stage to identify risk factors that affect the real estate development project, real estate development project in order to establish a risk assessment.Secondly, the risk assessment method with reference to previous proposed evaluation method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process risk-based real estate development project. By analytic hierarchy process to determine the index of real estate development project factors affecting weight, then by means of fuzzy mathematics method to obtain the size of each factor ordering, provide important reference information for business decision-making, thus timely to avoid risks, greater economic benefits.Finally, Chen Kun International Development project real case, the fuzzy hierarchy evaluation model in front of the empirical analysis results show that the previously established risk evaluation index system and fuzzy hierarchical analysis model is scientific and rational, it has a certain reliability. In view of this, the results of this paper for similar real estate development projects have some reference and reference, can provide useful information for decision-makers.
