With the rapid development of science and technology in the modern era and the demand of ordinary people for the advancement of medical care,family medical care has gradually entered the eyes of people because of its convenience.Because the latent,sudden and lethal nature of cardiovascular diseases has become the number one killer of human deaths,however,before the sudden cardiovascular disease in humans,abnormal changes in ECG signals may occur,and thus the human heart electrical signal Performing real-time dynamic monitoring can play a pre-warning role to secure more time for patient rescue.At the same time,it also provides doctors with more reference and analysis tools,and can also provide certain data support for smart medical services in the context of big data.In this paper,a dynamic remote real-time ECG monitoring system is designed.The system is based on a single-lead ECG acquisition device,which consists of a dynamic ECG monitoring terminal and a remote monitoring platform.Dynamic ECG monitoring terminal collects ECG,acceleration,and location information in real time,and uploads the data to the user’s mobile phone App through wireless Bluetooth technology,and uploads it to the cloud server in real time.The remote monitoring center can remotely monitor the data by accessing the database.View.The hardware system mainly refers to the dynamic ECG monitoring terminal.It adopts the STM32F103 as the main control chip to realize the acquisition and conditioning of the ECG module and the digital-analog conversion,as well as the collection of BeiDou module and acceleration sensor information,and at the same time,the collected data is packaged according to a certain format.Store,send the collected data to the mobile phone through the wireless bluetooth module.The software system mainly refers to the mobile phone App,remote monitoring platform and background server.The mobile phone app mainly realizes the receiving and displaying of monitoring data and data uploading;the remote monitoring platform mainly realizes remote access to monitoring data,ECG signal denoising,heart rate calculation,motion recognition and other functions;and the cloud database realizes the storage and remote monitoring of data.access.The long-range dynamic ECG monitoring system designed by this project is morecompact and portable than conventional ECG machines.It is low-cost,easy to operate,and versatile.It is more suitable for subsequent optimization and development.In particular,the analysis of the exercise state and ECG information is a function that traditional ECG machines do not have.This design has a certain practical value and cutting-edge,can advance the development of remote intelligent medical to a certain extent.
