Nowadays,with the development of Internet of things,the medical Internet of things has been successfully applied and popularized.Among them,the demand for personal remote wireless health care is increasingly strong and the market is huge.In recent years,the wireless positioning technology has been used.The function and intelligence of the health care system is further enhanced by the perception of the position of the guardianship.The application of this technology can not only help the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the hospital,but also can allocate the limited medical resources reasonably and efficiently,find the critically ill patients in time,and can better solve the "aging population","empty nest old man" and other social problems in the future.But at present,the research and application of remote wireless health monitoring technology is still in the ascendant,and there are still many technical problems to be further studied and solved.In this paper,a small remote wireless health monitoring and positioning system is developed by using ZigBee wireless sensor network and Internet technology,and the key technical problems such as system software and hardware development,Zigbee wireless networking and communication control,ZigBee wireless positioning are explored,and the development and application of medical Internet of things in the future are studied.Providing technical support and technology reserve has certain practical value.Through consulting related literature,this paper analyzes the advantages and defects of the existing technical schemes of similar products.After a large number of experiments,a small remote wireless health monitoring and positioning system with wearable intelligent hardware,server and mobile devices is built,which can provide three kinds of blood pressure,pulse and body temperature for the guardians.The physiological health index is intelligent,and it can send the location information of the monitored person and provide remote network access address.It can monitor and receive the alarm information at any time and anywhere through remote PC and mobile devices.The main research work is as follows:1.completed the development of hardware and software for remote wireless health monitoring and positioning system.After the overall architecture of the system is designed,the Zigbee wireless sensor network is the core,and the wearable intelligent perceptual hardware prototype of the user terminal is built,and the software design of the ZigBee wireless communication program,the server program and the mobile phone end APP is completed.2.focuses on the research of wireless location technology based on ZigBee.In view of the indoor environment,an improved wavelet neural network algorithm is proposed to establish the location model of position fingerprint to position coordinates.The hidden layer neuron incentive function is used to avoid the local extremum as much as possible by using the complex wavelet basis,and the momentum factor and entropy function are added to improve the network learning efficiency,and the indoor determination is further improved.Bit precision.In the field of outdoor location,an improved DV-Hop algorithm is proposed.On the basis of the classical DV-Hop algorithm,the number of hops is modified with the RSSI value,and the calculation method of the third phase of the algorithm is adjusted to effectively improve the outdoor location effect.3.in order to verify the function of the system,the ZigBee wireless communication technology is used to build a remote medical monitoring and positioning experimental platform with indoor and outdoor positioning functions.The physical health indicators of a specific person are measured,and the laboratory research on indoor location and external positioning is emphatically carried out,and the physiological health indicators are carried out.The accuracy of measurement,the stability of wireless transmission and the feasibility and superiority of the location algorithm are further verified,and the reference is provided for the application and popularization of the system.
