Discussion On The Landscape Planning And Design In The Financial Town Of The Fishing Village,Phoenix Island,Qingdao

Buildings,landscapes and historical cultures in the characteristic town have been constantly developing with the practice in recent years and result in irretrievable harms to the town,while obtaining achievements.Now,the characteristic town is facing up with numerous dilemmas,so that the central and local governments conduct policy making and theoretical discussion by aiming at the construction thoughts of the characteristic town from the macroeconomic level.In addition,design and construction institutions carry out practice on development schemes of the characteristic town from the micro level,but the landscape planning and design of the town fail to have the definite orientation on the medium level,including overall pattern control,environmental resource utilization,cultural protection and inheritance.As a result,the reason why the characteristic town has a series of problems is that it is short of unique scenery and beautiful landscape,even if it has the high-quality industry.The town has the definite industrial objective and investment orientation,but the town space and environmental resources that bear the characteristic industry are unable to support high-quality environmental needs effectively.The financial town belongs to a category of the characteristic town.By taking the landscape planning and design in the financial town of the Fishing Village,Phoenix Island,Qingdao as an example,the author discusses the landscape planning and design method to stand out “unique scenery and beautiful landscape” in the characteristic town.In chapter one,the author elaborates the concept,type and planning compilation contents of the financial town,analyzes domestic and overseas financial town and their landscape status,and finds out existing problems in landscape planning of the domestic financial town.According to the multiple planning integration instruction,the author finds out more than 20 laws,regulations and industrial standards that are suitable for landscape planning in the financial town and proposes three medium-level points to highlight “unique scenery and beautiful landscape” of the characteristic town in chapter two,including viewpoint and viewing corridor control,street interface management and development intensity control,as well protection on characteristic historical buildings and villagers' activity areas.In chapter three,by combining with the practical project that the Fishing Village,Phoenix Island,Qingdao is transformed into the financial town and beginning with natural environmental resources,physical form and humanistic history of the fishing village,the author analyzes the site,texture,architectural form,landscape environment and historical heritage of the town.In chapter four,according to medium-level points proposed in chapter two,the author discusses the microcosmic method that is suitable for landscape planning and design in the financial town of Qingdao by combining with objective circumstances of the practical project.In other words,with the framework of control development,to start from the specific landscape element is an effective method to highlight the “unique scenery and beautiful landscape” in the fishing village of the financial town,so as to emphasize on the region characteristic of the fishing village.
