In the last 20 years, Brushless DC Motor had made a rapid development with the development of new Permanent Magnetic materials, Microelectronics, Automatic Control technology and electronics, especially the development of High Power Switching Device. BLDC is simple in structure, reliable in operation and easy to control when it remains the good dynamic and static governing characteristics of the traditional DC Motors. BLDC has made a outstanding development in many new fields including Aerospace, medical treatment, information, household appliances and industrial automation in additions to the traditional applications of munitions industry.DSP is a programmable SCM which is designed to deal with digital signal. It is also a combines of modern electronic, computer technology and the signal processing technology. Due to its unique structure of bus and special digital signal processing instructions, it has infiltrated into various application areas.First, the development, architecture, working principle and the control methods are analyzed, and then schemes of the control system based on system requirements is given in the thesis, in which TMS320F2812 is taken as controlling core. Some main control methods of BLDC are contrasted, and modular switching control method was selected, at last, the experiment result demonstrates the system schemes.Hardware design of BLDC motor control system including the basic expand of TMS320F2812, drive circuit, current-detecting circuit and the EMC circuit are briefly introduced in this paper. In addition, it uses Double-closed-loop PI Control method, and realized the Double-closed-loop PI Control method on the hardware platform.The whole system has good and stable operating characters in the experiment, it reaches anticipated aim of design. |
