In recent years,wheel-driven electric vehicles have become one of the research hotspots in the field of new energy vehicles due to their superiority in structure and performance.Among them,the brushless DC in-wheel motor has been widely used in the drive system of the wheel-driven electric vehicle because of its simple structure,large starting torque,high reliability and low cost.Based on this,this dissertation focuses on the brushless DC in-wheel motor control system,and explores the use of intelligent control algorithms to improve its motor control accuracy.The main research work is as follows.(1)A brushless DC in-wheel motor control system based on an improved fuzzy swarm PID(EPSO-Fuzzy-PID)control strategy is designed.By establishing the mathematical model of the brushless DC motor,applying PID control technology and fuzzy control theory,and combining with the improvement of the particle swarm optimization algorithm,a brushless DC in-wheel motor control system based on the improved particle swarm optimization optimized fuzzy PID control strategy is constructed.(2)Simulation analysis of the brushless DC in-wheel motor control system based on EPSO-Fuzzy-PID control strategy was carried out.In Matlab/Simulink environment,the current loop is built as hysteresis control,and the speed loop is PID control,Fuzzy-PID control,EPSO-Fuzzy-PID control.The simulation model of double closed-loop control system of brushless DC in-wheel motor is compared and analyzed The effectiveness of this control strategy.The simulation results show that the brushless DC in-wheel motor control system using EPSO-Fuzzy-PID algorithm has better control effect and stronger anti-interference ability.(3)The bench experiment of the brushless DC motor control system was carried out.First,the hardware and software aspects of the brushless DC motor control system were designed.Next,the PID control,Fuzzy-PID control,and EPSO-Fuzzy-PID control were implemented on the built motor experiment platform Brush DC motor control experiment.Based on the experimental results,it is further verified that compared with the other two control strategies,the brushless DC motor control system based on EPSO-Fuzzy-PID control is more superior and has high practical application value.
