In the aircraft development process,aerodynamic layout design and analysis will produce and accumulate a large amount of data.Because the data is produced and saved in different aerodynamic development departments and experiment environments,the data has a strong heterogeneity.Therefore,it has caused problems such as aerodynamic data lack of standardization,management difficulty,sharing inconvenience and so on.At the same time,the parameters and variables involved in aerodynamic design are multi-dimensional,even ultra-high dimensional,and it is difficult for researchers to analyze and understand the data quickly.In the traditional environment,these accumulated aerodynamic data have not been used reasonably and effectively in aircraft design.Under the background of big data,the traditional aerodynamic data processing method can not meet the needs of modern design of aircraft.Data warehouse technology is the most effective way to manage and analysis data,with the organic combination of aircraft design method,it can use the historical aerodynamic data assist aircraft design reasonably and effectively,and it can provide data support and decision support for the aerodynamic researchers.In view of the characteristics of multi-dimensional,high-dimensional,complex and large of aerodynamic data,the main work of this paper includes:(1)A complete set of ETL rules(aerodynamic data preprocessing in this paper)is defined to extract,transform and load the multi source aerodynamic data,and the speed of data Transformation is speeded up by using the improved E-LT method.(2)The features of the computing and the wind tunnel data are analyzed in detail.And the data relationship and the architecture of the aerodynamic database system are defined.With the Oracle database as the carrier,an aerodynamic data warehouse based on ROLAP is built,and the unified and standardized aerodynamic history data are stored in the warehouse.(3)Based on the development architecture of Java EE,multiple open source front and back end frames are integrated into the architecture,a software development framework with multiple layers,front and back end separation and independent UI is formed.(4)With aerodynamic data warehouse as the center,this paper designed the system structure,system function module,interface standard,etc.And a set of aerodynamic data multidimensional analysis and visualization system is developed based on the multi-layer architecture above.The system provides the fast-online analysis and processing(OLAP)of aerodynamic data and data visualization services,and it can help the aerodynamic researchers improve the efficiency of aircraft development.At the same time,it can also provide better decision-making basis for aircraft designers.
