| The Digital Storage Oscilloscope(DSO),as an important instrument of modern electronic measurement,is widely used in the detection of high-speed and transient signals.The handheld digital storage oscilloscope,because of its portability,i s increasingly favored by teachers and students in Colleges and universities.This paper designs and develops a low cost handheld digital storage oscilloscope based on STM32 technology and FPGA technology.Using STM32 and FPGA mode,the system has double c ore,that is,STM32 as the embedded control core of the system,and FPGA as the core of the digital logic system.The main contents are as follows:First,the background and significance of the project research are introduced.According to the development status of DSO at home and abroad,the main performance indexes of the paper design task are put forward,and the composition and application technology,working principle and mode of the DSO are analyzed.Secondly,the hardware system of hand held digital storage oscilloscope in real time sampling is designed,which include DSO analog channel circuit,FPGA logic hardware,human-computer interaction circuit,power supply circuit and hardware anti-interference design.FPGA logic hardware is implemented through LPM call and Verilog HDL language.Then,the software design of the handheld digital storage oscilloscope is carried out,including the main control program,the initialization of the power supply,the data reading,the data processing,the waveform para meter display,the man-machine exchange control and so on.Finally,the function test and debugging of the prototype of the adversary digital storage oscillograph,including the debugging scheme of the DSO system,the debugging of RAM,the interface of man-machine exchange,the analog channel and the data collection.After ensuring the normal operation of the basic modules,the whole machine is debugged with standard instruments.The test results are in accordance with the design requirements of this articl e. |
