This task is to design the digital oscilloscope’s hardware circuit based on dual core technology, which can be divided to sampling CPU and interface CPU according to its function. The paper introduces the design background, the design of signal processing channels, trigger channel, dual core controller, power circuit. The paper also introduce the PCB wiring and element selection. Signal processing channels consist of attenuation net, impedance transformer, programmable amplifier, after gain control and differential amplifier. Trigger channel consist of trigger source selection circuit combining with impendence transformer, hysteresis comparator and video sync separator. Dual core is made up of FPGA and STM32, which are respectively used for sampling and interface.The power circuit is designed for the whole system according to the recommend voltage of each integrated-circuit. The design considers the requirement of voltage and current. As for PCB layout, high-speed circuit and signal integrity are considered fully.
