This paper researches the application of BIM filling dam in Xinjiang during the construction of a concrete faced rockfill dam and dam filling construction process of the intelligent monitoring system for engineering background.The actual rolling parameters in the actual construction do not fully meet the test conclusions.The current quality control standard of the construction process is no longer accurate with the quality standard of the roller compacted in the field roller compacted test as the quality standard.At present,the quality expression of construction process is expressed in the way of real-time monitoring and tracking in the way of digital or two-dimensional graphics,lack of integrity and intuition,and the decision support is not high and the effect is not good.In order to solve the above two problems,we need to get a more accurate evaluation standard of the construction quality.It is necessary to study the three-dimensional visualization of the construction process quality by BIM technology,and give a clear and visual quality result of the construction process.These researches are of positive significance for better control of dam fill quality.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Using BIM technology to study different BIM software,the method of rapidly establishing dam BIM model is obtained.By means of consulting literature and studying the data of field roller compaction test,various indexes affecting the quality of dam filling are studied,and the data suitable for the BIM model are selected.(2)Through the study of the field compaction test data,the linear regression analysis on the number of compacted times corresponding to the different compactness,the thickness of the material and the amount of water added to the three kinds of dam materials is analyzed,and the algorithm of the number of the target rolling times of the three kinds of dam materials is obtained.Through the study of the construction process data,the actual roller compacted times algorithm is obtained,and the construction process quality evaluation method of each construction unit is obtained by combining the target roller compacting times algorithm and the actual roller compacting times algorithm.(3)On the basis of the built dam BIM model and the unit division method in the actual construction process,the BIM model of the dam construction unit is established.Using the visual programming of Dynamo,the construction unit model ID is extracted from the result document of the construction process quality evaluation,and the model of the construction unit is driven to display the corresponding color according to the quality evaluation result of the construction process.Finally,the three-dimensional visualization of the construction process quality is realized.
