In recent years,the Internet has become more and more closely integrated with traditional industries,Internet technology can help enterprises to achieve a higher level of production automation,and ultimately achieve intelligence.Based on Intelligent manufacturing,real-time monitoring of production equipment is one of the basic requirements of automation;based on artificial intelligence,data acquisition and transmission is one of the basic links of data analysis.Based on the industrial production data of solar panel modules,this paper analyzes some problems existing in data acquisition and data transmission in enterprises,gives the corresponding scheme design.Based on the above research,a three-tier real-time data monitoring system is designed.The specific research contents are as follows.Firstly,the basic functional requirements of the data acquisition layer are analyzed.According to the site conditions,the scanner is connected to the hardware device system by means of the touch screen.According to the congenital deficiency of the Modbus TCP protocol,a data packet integrity detection method is given.The new data model and database table were designed according to the actual requirements.At the same time,the design and implementation of the data acquisition scheme for the battery board production was given.Secondly,it analyzes the data interaction between systems,gives the technical solution adopted by the server,builds the server and provides the data service interface by using Web Service.In order to solve the problem of massive data transmission of Web Service,a Web Service is designed.A server-side solution that combines Web Sockets,which provides the ability for the server to transmit big data to the client.Finally,based on the above two aspects of research content,a real-time data monitoring transmission system is designed.The overall structure design of the system and the realization of each module function are given.The required test environment is expounded and the system related function test is carried out.
