Construction process of FAST telescope project is complex, in order to ensure the construction process can be carried out smoothly, the project needs to set up the monitoring system of construction process.The monitoring system is needed to monitor the content: temperature of ring beam, lattice columns and cable networks; structural stress of ring beam, lattice columns and cable networks.The main work of this paper includes selecting measuring points, selecting sensors, selecting equipment acquisition;,integrating system, researching data analysis methods, designing software.The topic selects fiber grating sensors monitoring system, vibrating wire sensor monitoring system and the magnetic flux sensor monitoring system. These three form the monitoring system of FAST initiative reflecting surface in construction process.In this paper, after researching a variety of data processing methods,I developed a data analysis method for the construction process monitoring system.The data analysis methods to convert raw sensor data into a parameter which the monitoring requirements;Then excluding the impact of temperature to determine the main factors of the stress of different components in the construction process. Based on the 3? guidelines proposed abnormal data screening method for this project to improve data quality. According to the measured temperature differences in different member at the same temperature weather,we can determine the focus of the stress data analysis. Finally, applicating the entire data processing methods to analysis the measured data to provide protection for construction safety.During the analysis of the measured data,In addition to the processing methods, this article also polynomial fit to process the measured data. Using its periodic law and bonding temperature forecast for the next few days of forecast data. Accordingly, appropriate arranging period to ensure the safety of the construction process.Construction process monitoring software mainly includes data acquisition, data storage, structural warning, data query, data analysis, monitoring device information settings and other functions.Measured data analysis showed that: as of now, all measured stress during the construction process is less than the threshold. Each part of the member are safe throughout the construction process.Data analysis method proposed in this paper can be added to the construction process monitoring software, to improve data analysis and processing capabilities of the monitoring software. It can provide the basis for data analysis for the health monitoring system which is used during the telescope operational phase.
