| In recent years,China’s air pollution is serious,particulates and other pollutants in the atmosphere enter the room through windows and doors gap infiltration,ventilation and air conditioning system,which leads to the deterioration of indoor air quality.So air purifiers and fresh air systems have become new household appliances for purifying pollutants and ensuring indoor air quality.Air purifiers remove pollutants from indoor air by means of fibre filters and electrostatic precipitators installed in the air purifiers,etc.Although the air purifier can ensure that the concentration of indoor air pollutants meets the standard requirements,such as indoor air quality standard,but it can not provide fresh air to the room and make people feel uncomfortable.However,fresh air system sends clean fresh air into the indoor,discharges indoor foul gas,reduces indoor pollutants concentration and ensures the comfort requirements of indoor people,which is currently the best scheme of guaranteeing indoor air quality,but the ventilation increases the indoor cooling,heat loadand the energy consumption.In order to solve the above problems,thispaperproposea new air system with high efficiency,purification and heat recovery,which can not only guarantee indoor air quality,but also achieve the purposeofbuilding energy saving.Firstly,this article explores concentration and variation of formaldehyde(CH2O),carbon dioxide(CO2)and fine particles(PM2.5)in the residential architecture,which is researched from the following two aspects: 1)Testing concentrations of formaldehyde,carbon dioxide and fine particles in 100 residential buildings in Changchun,then the paper analyzes the concentrations of formaldehyde,carbon dioxide and fine particles and the factors affecting them from October to December 2017;2)According to decoration time residential buildings are divided into 4 groups.The diurnal variation of concentration and exceed the standard rate of formaldehyde,carbon dioxide and fine particulate matter in the 4 groups of residential building are respectively analyzed,it can be known that no matter how long the decoration time is,there exists the phenomenon of pollutants exceeding the standard in varying degrees in residential buildings.This paper points out that research on the fresh air system with efficient purification and heat recovery is urgent and practical,and it provides the basis of thinking out the operation scheme of fresh air system with efficient purification and heat recovery.Secondly,the fresh air system with high efficiency purification and heat recovery is studied experimentally and theoretically from two aspects of purification performance and heat recovery performance.The purification performance of the fresh air system is studied from the following two aspects : 1)Analysis of high efficiency purifying device’s purification efficiency of different Particle size by experimental research;2)Analysis of the effect of different air volume and position on the purification efficiency of the fresh air system;3)Analysis the energy consumption resulting from the operation of the fresh air system with efficient purification and heat recovery.It is pointed out that in order to ensure the efficient purification efficiency,it is necessary to increase the energy consumption of the fan.In addition,the energy consumption of the fresh air system is further increased due to the increase of the fresh air load caused by the introduction of the fresh air system.To enable people to accept and use the fresh air systems with efficient purification to purify indoor air,the fresh air system have to recover heat,especially winter in the severe regions.The recovery heat of fresh air system is the only way to make it widely spread in our country.Aiming at the heat recovery efficiency of fresh air system and its influencing factors,thestudied the following two aspects: 1)Testing the effects of temperature difference,humidity difference and air volume on heat recovery efficiency and analyzing its test result by the theoretical analysis;2)Continuous testing the fresh air system with high efficiency purification and heat recovery under actual operating conditions for 24 hours.Then the paper calculates the average value of sensible heat recovery efficiency and total heat recovery effic iency,as well as the amount of sensible heat recovery and total heat recovery during the day,which provides technical support for thinking out the operation scheme of the fresh air system with efficient purification and heat recovery.Finally,to minimize the energy consumption of fresh air system,this paper designs the scheme based on rules of work and rest of personnel,concentration of indoor pollutants and mobile phone appoperation of controlling the opening and closing of the fresh air system,calculates the new air cooling,heat load and energy consumption under different operation schemes,and compares the energy consumption of the fresh air system under different operation schemes. |
