Study On Protection And Utilization Of Industrial Heritage In Changchun From The Perspective Of Tourism

In recent years,with the accelerated pace of urbanization in China,the issue of industrial inheritance and reservation has become a hot spot of social concern.With the related popularity of industrial heritage,relevant departments have realized their important value,but how to protect,how to protect,and the way to protect is still a hot topic of discussion.Due to its long history,cultural heritage is often comprehensively protected and fully utilized by people.At the same time,the preservation of precious and historical monuments and important buildings in modern times is seriously deficient,especially industrial heritage.They are in the situation of “self-extinguish”.The first part focuses on the collection of domestic and foreign documents,providing a substantial theoretical basis and reference case for Changchun City to carry out industrial heritage tourism in the next step.The second part clarifies the development context of Changchun's industrial heritage;field surveys grasp the status quo,summarizes its characteristics,and elaborates on how to protect industrial heritage from the perspective of tourism.In the third part,the SWOT analysis method is used to comprehensively evaluate the feasibility of Changchun's industrial heritage tourism development.At the same time,it is aimed at the issue of which industrial heritage in Changchun City is suitable for tourism development and how to develop it,and constructs the evaluation criteria for Changchun industrial heritage tourism.The four dimensions of the government,the citizen,and the company have conducted a detailed study on the value and significance of Changchun's industrial heritage tourism development.The fourth chapter proposes strategies and principles on the development of industrial heritage tourism based on the characteristics of Changchun.In the end,the paper integrates relevant tourism resources and Changchun's advantageousindustry,proposes a tourism route that is in line with current tourism trends.This article studies the protection and reuse of industrial heritage from the unique perspective of tourism.Using the vigorous driving force of current tourism development to attract people's attention,so that all sectors of the community can see the backside of industrial heritage,thus breaking away from the traditional “top down” protection,changing from passive to active way,and making industrial heritage protection more efficient and lasting.
