Research On The Protection Strategy Of The Historical Place Of Dong Tian Street In Changchun From The View Of Micro-Update

After the Russo Japanese War,Changchun became the intersection place of China,Japan and Russia with its superior geographical position.In 1830 s,Japanese carried out a large scale of urban construction in Changchun according to excellent western urban plan theories.In recent years,most of retained buildings were included in the historic building protection list of Changchun people's government.Dong Tian historic street has lots of residence buildings that can present the characteristic of old Changchun city.The building elements such as stepped gables and external chimneys become the landmark symbols in this area,these take an important role in the development of Changchun city.But under the influence of many factors in recent years,these damaging buildings and environment need to be protected immediately.The purpose of this paper is to explore the potential value of this area according to the Micro-Update prospect,and provide the basis and support for historic district protection of Changchun.The first part is research introduction.To explain the research source and background,the purpose and significance,the object and content,the definition of the related concepts.Propose the research methods and framework according to the relevant theories and practices at home and aboard.The second part is concept analysis.Based on the relevant research at home and abroad,discusses the system construction of Micro-Update historic district protection theory.First analyze the original and development of Micro-Update historic district theory,clear the core of this and follow the principles we should,then summarize the Micro-Update strategies according to all elements in the historic area.The third part is object analysis.From the perspective of Micro-Update to investigate and analyze the element resources in Dong Tian historic street,conclude comprehensive evaluation about this place then offer the basis of protection and design research in later chapters.The fourth part is theory practice.Apply the Micro-Update protection system for protecting Dong Tian historic street.According to the protection elements of this area try best to summarize all the relevant Micro-Update strategies and give the proposal and demonstration by design plan.The concept of Micro-Update seeks to minimize intervention and maximize improvement of the potential value.Hope the research of this paper can contribute to the protection of historic street in Changchun and other similar places in China.
