The infantry still play an important role in modern regional wars and conflicts. As one of the most important weapon used by infantry, the automatic rifle still worth our deep research today. Based on virtual prototype technology, some work of design and research about automatic rifle are discussed in this paper. The main contents are as follows: (1)Theoretical study of muzzle regulating device, structural of muzzle regulating device is built by three-dimensional software, some useful parameters are got by simulation model to improve the structure. (2)Overall design of horizontal magazine and refinement design of every part on the full-rifle floating condition are completed. Virtual prototype is established to verify the reliability of supplying, loading bullets under ideal condition and supplying under small deviation. (3)Three-dimensional model and virtual prototype of the automatic rifle are established, the strength of key components are checked by finite element analysis, parameters of a key spring and the relations between the spring stiffness and the action of automatic rifle are analyzed. |
