With the development of economy, the speed of urbanization continues to expand, various types of buildings and roads have increased the demand for building materials. The quarrying industry has developed to a large extent, but along with the continuous adjustment of economic structure and the requirements for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy.Quarries of various scales have encountered many environmental and social problems in completing their missions or abandoning land after they have been mined, and have become problems that have to be faced in the economic development of various regions.Because of severe human disturbance, quarry abandoned land has serious degradation of its ecosystem structure and function. In terms of its governance, although there are some corresponding achievements in the country,it is basically a single remediation of the ecological aspects of quarry abandoned land. The study of quarry abandoned land, industrial abandoned land and mining abandoned land are often generalized and lack of targeted research results. In this paper, through the review of domestic and foreign literature and the integration of data, the concept and significance of reconstructing the ecological landscape of quarried wasteland are defined, and through the comparison and analysis of domestic and foreign cases of quarried wasteland, the methods that can be used for reference are refined and relevant.Meanwhile, the research provides a certain theoretical basis. This study aims at the ecological restoration of quarry waste sites and the reuse of space, taking the Shuangquan Quarry in Jinan city,Shandong Province as a case, from the analysis of the quarry waste land to the ecological reconstruction, from the planning of the ecological management plan to agriculture-related issues. The implant design of the industry was studied and the results of the study were as follows:(1)Location characteristics and spatial natural conditions of the quarry waste land were analyzed. The paper clarified the different types and characteristics of the quarry space. This study systematically summarized the ecological structure, quarry wall and vegetation status of quarry abandoned land.(2)Based on the analysis of ecological resources in quarry abandoned areas and terrain and geomorphological survey,on the basis of the overall landscape research, the short-term and long-term ecological construction systems and ecological security systems were proposed, which are the ecology of such abandoned quarrying mining areas.Construction and comprehensive utilization of agriculture provide governance solutions.(3)Based on the geographical conditions of the space where quarried waste was used and the external space for expansion, combined with the needs of the development of the local agricultural industry, this study proposes the comprehensive development and utilization of agricultural parks on the quarry abandoned land and surrounding environment on the basis of ecological restoration. In the sustainable development of ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits,we will provide lessons and considerations for the transformation of quarried waste sites and similar spaces. The area of this study combines the three dimensions of ecological governance, landscape construction, and agricultural reuse in ecological space. The problem of such space governance is universal in our country. The results of this study will provide an application model for the utilization of quarried waste land, and have positive significance for the ecological restoration and landscape reconstruction of ecological crushing space, and put forward new ideas for the use of space in the development of China’s agricultural industry.
