Due to its poor working environment and special requirements for vibration reduction,military armored vehicle diesel engines have extremely high requirements for shock absorbers.The metal rubber shock absorber has good vibration damping performance and strong environmental adaptability,and can well meet the vibration reduction requirements of military diesel engines.The vibration damping performance of the metal rubber damper directly affects the working efficiency of the diesel engine.As a damping element of the shock absorber,the metal rubber mesh block is a key component of the metal rubber shock absorber with excellent damping performance.In order to optimize its damping performance,it is necessary to analyze and study the influence of the manufacturing process and related parameters of the grid block.This article designs and improves the preparation process of metal rubber mesh block,and analyzes the influence rule of the relevant parameters that affect the vibration damping properties of metal rubber through static compression test and dynamic analysis experiment.(1)Design and improvement of the preparation process of metal mesh blocks,including the selection of metal rubber mesh blocks,weaving processes,and stamping processes.And analyze the forming factors that affect the metal rubber mesh.(2)Design and complete the static compression test of the metal rubber mesh block,and obtained the influence law of static parameters on vibration damping performance.Including the relative density of mesh,wire material,wire diameter and heat treatment.(3)Design and finish the dynamic analysis and test of metal rubber mesh blocks,and obtain the influence of dynamic parameters on vibration damping performance.Including energy storage factors and energy consumption factors.(4)Derive the micro-deformation constitutive model and macro-deformation constitutive model based on the micro-spring combination,and verify the accuracy of the model through the design test.
