With the rapid growth of the railway transportation volume,the heavy haul transportation has become the direction of the development of China's railway freight.However,with the increasing of the train load,the applying of more and more trucks,large power diesel locomotives and electric locomotives leads to the serious problem of rail and wheel wear.There are many ways to reduce wheel and rail wear,such as wheel-rail lubrication,rail grinding,changing the wheel-rail manufacturing process,adjusting the track design parameters to make the wheel-rail coordination more reasonable,among which the wheel-rail lubrication has the most obvious effect.In this paper,the control system of roadside fixed rail lubrication equipment based on STM32 is studied to reduce the wear between rail and wheel.The specific work is as follows:(1)Rail lubrication equipment at home and abroad is researched deeply,to determine the various components of the system,mainly including the signal acquisition part,the control part and the mechanical actuator.(2)Control system core processor and motor drive chip selection: The core processor selects STM32F103 VET produced by STMicroelectronics,and the L298 N is selected for the motor driver chip.(3)Control system hardware circuit and software program design:For the design of hardware circuit,the design on motor control,train proximity sensor,voltage detection and power supply are described in detail.For the software program design,the advantages of the state machine in the program development are emphasized,and the main program,the motor control program,RS232 communication program and the relay function program are designed.(4)Manufacture entity prototype,test its functions,and solve problems encountered during testing.The control system can accurately apply the solid lubricant to the inner side of the rail,and can automatically run to reduce the labor intensity of workers,at the same time,achieve flexible adjustment of the amount of lubricant to facilitate the operator to adjust the amount of lubricant used according to the traffic flow.
