Study On The Design Of Leisure Space In Beijing Residential Community

With the development of society,the life style of urban residents is constantly changing.People begin to focus on leisure and entertainment in life.People's leisure awareness gradually increases,but leisure time becomes fragmented and decentralized.In daily life,the main leisure methods of urban residents are excluded from travel and activities in the squares and parks in the city.The main activity venues in peacetime are in the leisure space of their own residential quarters.This article starts from the theory to the reality to carry on the investigation and study,carries on the classification analysis and the characteristic summary to the leisure space of the residential quarter,and makes the explanation analysis according to the actual question,and proposes the reference suggestion which solves the question.This paper uses the theory of urban design,behavioral psychology,architectural physics,AHP analysis,CFD software simulation and other theoretical knowledge to systematically define and elaborate the concepts,types and structural levels of leisure spaces in urban residential communities.Field research,interviews,records,and analysis were conducted on selected residential communities.Based on this,a leisure space evaluation system for residential quarters in Beijing was constructed.Select representative cell cases,conduct field surveys and physical environment measurements.Take the spring in Beijing as an example,measure data from temperature,humidity,and wind speed and calculate the comfort value of the outdoor leisure space in the community,and analyze the comfort level of the inner area of the community.According to the actual conditions of the research community,the problems are analyzed and summarized,and the reference for planning and design is given.Select a representative residential area case.Using CFD software simulation,the physical environment in each observation area was analyzed from the overall layout of the community.In order to analyze whether the setting of different leisure spaces is reasonable,the causes of the problems are analyzed and suggestions for improvement are proposed.Comprehensive conclusions of the three studies,the final summary of the subject of this study,summary of leisure space design,analysis and summary.
