Study On Regional Architecture Discourse Of Brazilian Architect Lina Bo Bardi

Since the 1980s,the study of Brazilian female architect Lina Bo Bardi has attracted worldwide attention.Social and political constraints and personal experience have made her work permanent.Her design focuses on reconstruction after the second world war,simple but full of power.Lina’s works are always from the perspective of human-oriented design,striving to create the most suitable space for each user,creating conditions for the poor masses and various social and cultural development.Lina Bo Bardi’s life experience provides a good learning idea for this research,Therefore,we can see the integration of European modem architecture and ideas,regional features and technologies.It not only shows the development of modern architecture in Brazil in the 20th century,but also reflects the core spirit of regional humanistic creation.This article through to research and analyze design works of Lina,probe into its ideas and design methods,understanding the design of Lina embodied in the works of the "design-free" attitude,including her for the special terrain condition,cultural environment and material properties of technique application and so on.Try to understand different cultures and ideas from various aspects and explore the application of modernism.This paper includes the modernist architectural culture,the practice of architectural work,the relevant architects and their cases.Through comparative analysis,we digest and sort out the advantages and disadvantages,and explore from politics,aesthetics,culture,psychology,space and form.This paper discusses the architectural works and life details of Lina,and tries to summarize and rearrange the development process of modem architecture in Brazil.From theoretical knowledge and practical works,this paper probes into Lina’s inheritance criticism methods,and finds out the ideas and methods for the development and innovation of modern architecture.It can be found that its architectural design works have the essence of serving the people’s life.Her creative technique of human culture have provided experience and ideas for the innovation development of modern architecture theory and practice.
