In the early urban construction,the construction of parking lots was mostl y single-story or multi-story flat parking lots.However,with the development of urban construction,the difficulty of parking is becoming more and more serious.The root cause of this phenomenon is that growth of the number of parking spaces is not synchronized with growth of the number of vehicles.The emergence of the three-dimensional garage provides an effective way to solve this problem.At present,China's three-dimensional garage has longer access time and the stability of the system needs to be improved,which makes it difficult to further promote it in second and third-tier cities.As an important part of the threedimensional garage measurement and control management system,the good or bad of the motor control system directly determines the operating efficiency of the three-dimensional garage.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the optimization scheme of the three-dimensional garage motor control system.The paper chooses the stacker type intelligent stereo garage as the research object,analyzes its operation principle and characteristics,and gives the overall scheme of the garage measurement and control system.The linear motor is selected as the driving device of the control system,and the linear motor model is determined to be MLCD0200-25500 according to the total weight of the stacker trolley and the storage vehicle.Considering that the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is easily affected by the quality of the mover and the load and the external load during the operation,this paper studies in order to improve system performance,shorten system response time,and reduce system overshoot.The fuzzy-PID control and the traditional PID control methods are used to the position loop of the three-closed-loop(current,speed,position)control system of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor.Their models of motor control system optimization are established,and the two control effects are carried out.The research results that the overshoot of traditional PID control is 16.19%,the adjustment time is 5s;the overshoot of fuzzy-PID control is 0,and the adjustment time is 0.8s.The fuzzy-PID control method can shorten the response time of the system and weaken the overshoot,which makes the control system have stronger robustness under load disturbance and meet the performance requirements of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor control system.Furthermore,50 N load interference is added to the fuzzy-PID control system.The simulation results show that the fuzzy-PID control can quickly reach a new stable state under the disturbance action and has certain anti-interference ability.The research work of the paper shows that the three-close-loop fuzzy-PID control method can shorten the response time and reduce overshoot of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor control system,improve efficiency of the stereo garage control system,shorten the vehicle access time and improve the operation stability of the stereo garage.The optimization strategy of motor control system in paper,not only provides reference for the control of other types of three-dimensional garage,but also promotes the development of the threedimensional garage measurement and control means and the further promotion.
