An Analysis Of The Collaborative Mechanism In The Study Of The Capital Region By Tsinghua Wu's Team

In recent years,the Capital Region(Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei)has always faced issues such as environmental pollution,dense population and resource pressure.In order to solve the problems of Capital Beijing,it is necessary to coordinate the interests of all parties from the perspective of regional cooperation,realize the advantage complementation,promote the overall development and prosperity of the region.Beginning in 2000,Wu Liangchun's team(hereafter this text will be abbreviated as The Wu Team)at Tsinghua University continued to study the urban-rural spatial development plan of the Capital region.The team began with its own theoretical sources and focused on Beijing planning,gradually developed and deepened,influenced the region,and promoted the integration process of the Capital Region.This study provides a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the propose and development of the coordinated development strategy in the Capital Region.This study takes the Wu team's coordinated working methods in the research process of urban and rural spatial development planning in the Capital region as the research object.Through the method of 1)literature research;2)logical analysis;3)comparative research,research on 1)Operation of collaboration process;2)Collaboration stakeholders;3)Results of collaboration;4)Guidance of collaboration process on regional collaboration practices in Wu's Teamwork.Grooming the team's collaborative work methods in the research process of the Capital region.This study believes that in researching and solving regional problems,it should:1)Be guided by the problem,establish a scientific community with multi-disciplinary collaboration;2)Establish a collaborative mechanism that communicates the interests of all parties;3)The academic community has an important significance and establishes a scientific community.The research on the collaborative mechanism in regional spatial planning has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the urban and rural planning system and exploring regional coordinated development.
