With the development of the Internet of Things technology in today's society,the emergence of smart grid has greatly meet the requirements of China's power energy strategy.It improves people's quality of life,and accelerates the progress of enterprises,which promote the society to a safe,stable and intelligent development path.In order to continuously upgrade and transform the smart grid system,the popularization and application of wireless communication technology has become the development trend of today's era.Smart grid communication based on the NB-Io T protocol has become an important communication method in the communication system,and it is also a hot research topic in the smart grid industry.The NB-Io T network protocol is considered to be an important technology for the rapid development of smart grids under the premise of meeting the strict requirements of users.In this paper,when the NB-Io T protocol is applied to the smart grid,the maximum throughput and packet loss rate of the uplink channel based on the smart grid communication application are studied.The main research work of this paper is:1.The advantages of the application of the NB-Io T protocol in the construction of the smart grid.are analyzed.And the research status and development trends of the wireless communication network uplink channel resource allocation in today's world are researched.And the NB-Io T protocol and the wireless private network in the smart grid Technical characteristics of communication are studied.2.A new type of probabilistic constrained programming model of NB-Io T communication uplink energy-saving optimization algorithm is studied.First,the model of the smart grid wireless communication system under the NB-Io T network is established,and the maximum throughput target function and the calculation formula of the packet loss rate are defined.For the deficiencies of deterministic linear programming,a random probability constrained programming model is introduced,which simplifies the model.The "Sample average approximation" is used to make a group of samples to approximate the original problem.Then the "large M method" is introduced to convert the probabilistic constraints into large-scale integer linear programming problems.Next,the advantages of Lagrange relaxation method and trust region idea are combined,and an effective nesteddecomposition algorithm is constructed.Finally,the simulation environment is built by Matlab software to carry out simulation experiments.By Matlab software to build simulation environment,the final simulation experiment result shows that compared with the NB-Io T uplink channel two common algorithm,this algorithm for NB-Io T protocol wireless private network uplink network environment in the composition of the base station,to meet user requirements strictly,considering the fairness between the sensor device and the premise of anti-interference,can greatly improve system throughput and reduce the packet loss rate of the model.3.An energy-saving resource allocation model algorithm for wireless communication equipment in nb-iot network uplink channel is proposed,which is based on the premise that users have low latency requirements for the communication network.According to the characteristics of the wireless communication network and the requirements of the upstream SC-FDMA network resource allocation of the NB-Io T network,a system model based on the NB-Io T smart grid wireless communication network is established and an objective function to maximize throughput is defined.Then the characteristics of sample average approximation transformation,the global linearization optimization of the big M method,and the multiplier penalty function method are introduced to transform the problem model into a programming problem model with linear constraints.Finally,the simulation environment for YALMIP and CPLEX solution is built through matlab configuration,and the CPLEX solver is used for simulation solution.Simulation experiment results show that compared with Greedy algorithm and Energy-Efficient Scheduling algorithm(EES)and the original deterministic resource allocation scheme in wireless network,in addition to meeting the anti-interference ability of sensor equipment and business satisfaction,our algorithm can reduce the probability of packet loss,and greatly improve the throughput rate of system model data transmission.
