With the rapid development of automobile,smart home and other manufacturing industries in China,the market demand for all kinds of circular shaft parts is also growing rapidly.The straightening of circular shaft components is the last very important process in the production process,which directly determines the conformity of the circular shaft components.At present,manual straightening is still used in most factories,and its accuracy and efficiency are relatively low.In the trend of increasing labor costs,increasing demand for circular shaft components and higher quality of circular shaft components,the development of intelligent straightening machine for circular shaft components has an important reality in reducing additional cost and improving the quality of production of circular shaft components.Based on the analysis of the research status of straightening machines and motion controllers at home and abroad,an intelligent straightening machine control system based on ARM microcontroller is developed.The main work is as follows:(1)According to the function of the system and the customer's demand,the control system of the circular axis intelligent straightening machine with STM32F407ZET6 microcontroller as the core is designed.The overall structure design scheme of the control system and the hardware circuit design of the controller are introduced.Finally,the design and manufacture of the substitution circuit of the circular axis intelligent straightening machine are completed.(2)Several speed planning algorithms commonly used in motion control system are analyzed,and a spindle adaptive speed planning algorithm is designed for different spindles with different load.This algorithm can not only improve the spindle running speed and work efficiency rapidly,but also reduce the flexible impact when the spindle starts and stops to a certain extent,and improve the running stability.In order to improve the straightening efficiency and prevent repeated straightening of the same point,BP neural network algorithm is used to calculate the straightening displacement of the straightening point,and the simulation analysis of MATLAB is carried out.(3)The control system software of the intelligent straightening machine for circular axis has been completed,including the main program design,the communication subroutine of the controller,the management subroutine of the service life of the system,the information processing subroutine of the circular axis and the detection point,the straightening subroutine,the manual test subroutine and the Bootloader subroutine.At last,the work done in this thesis is summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of the control system of the round axis intelligent straightening machine are analyzed,and the future improvement direction is prospected.
