In recent years,the energy crisis and environmental pollution problems around the world have become increasingly serious.As a new energy,wind energy has received extensive attention due to its advantages of huge amount,renewable,widely distributed,and no pollution,which other traditional energy do not have.Wind power industry is developing rapidly in our country,the management level of wind power construction projects has also been continuously improved.However,with fierce market competition and tremendous pressure on achieving grid parity,higher and more stringent requirements are put forward on the cost control of wind power construction.In recent years,BIM technology has been widely used in the construction industry and is also a new technology that the country strongly supports and promotes.BIM technology in the construction industry in recent years has been widely used,but also strongly supported and promoted by the state as new technologies.Due to its high level of information integration and visualization,it significantly improves the efficiency and level of planning,design,construction management,operation and maintenance of construction projects.This paper starts with the theory of the whole process of wind power project cost management,combining with the characteristics of BIM technology,through consulting a large amount of documents and collecting the original cost data of various wind power projects,combining with the experience of practical work,the application of BIM technology in the entire process of cost management in five phases of decision making,design,bidding,construction,and completion acceptance of wind power projects was deeply studied.The paper first built a BIM-based platform of wind power project full-life management and customized standard component library of the wind power project.Based on this,the content of the BIM-based cost management and the implementation plan are designed.In the decision making stage,comprehensive and accurate investment estimation and economic evaluation are based on the BIM model,and a quick comparison of some construction plans of the project is achieved.In the design stage,complete quota design and design optimization the of wind power project based on BIM.In the tendering and bidding stage,the BIM technology can be used to make a BIM-based wind power project bidding planning,rapid overall calculation of engineering quantities,improve the efficiency of the preparation of tendering and bidding documents.In the construction stage,Based on BIM's refined capital planning and construction cost management,dynamic supervision of progress deviations and cost deviations,and real-time and efficient processing of engineering changes and claims are realized.In the completion and settlement phase,the application of BIM model help comparative analyzing before and after the change,so that the settlement process is more transparent and fair.In the final accounts of revenue stage,helping financial staff converting construction in progress to fixed assets,so that the division of assets were clear,based on full.The paper takes a plain wind farm in central China as an example.The case description is given on how to complete the budget work of the wind power project,comparison of plans,and bidding planning based on BIM technology.In addition,from the perspective of BIM application,the construction plan for establishing the entire process cost information system of wind power projects was discussed,and the establishment of the database and index system was showed relatively completely.
