| In a large nuclear power system,pressure valve parts(such as body,etc.)must comply with the appropriate procedures in the actual design and manufacturing process.This article mainly refers to the relevant laws and regulations of ASME Ⅲ,takes typical million kilowatt nuclear power plant nuclear class two gate valve as an example,verifies the design calculation and takes research of performance test of finished machining.According to the relevant provisions of the nuclear class two valve’s design and production provided by national nuclear safety administration and other relevant departments.This article proposes the safety standards and corresponding inspection and test requirements for nuclear class two gate valve,and considering the operation constraints,puts forward the corresponding performance test of the reference standards of finished nuclear class two gate valve.providing scientific theoretical guidance for nuclear class two gate valve which can meet the requirements of nuclear power plant operation better.according to the parameters of the nuclear class two gate valve,the thesis gives out the design calculation process of the valve body.finite element stress analysis method is used to design and verify the gate valve,and provides a standardized template for the actual work of the nuclear class two gate valve.Furthermore,the processing completion prototype has successfully passed the relevant end loading test,vibration aging test and seismic static load test etc.Through the relevant test process,it is proved that the gate valve prototype structure is integrated,movement of the switch is flexible,no jamming,switch time can meet the technical requirements.Research results of this paper,systematically adopted standards and related requirements for the nuclear large-diameter gate valve design,provided the formula and finite element method conduct analysis and calculation method for the key components.According to the performance test and other related test data,a integrated set of performance test procedures and methods are presented,which can provide reference to the design calculation and related performance test for similar valves. |
