Abstract/Summary:
Elevator as one of the vertical means of transport,including mechanical,electrical and control disciplines,with the emerging high-rise buildings in people’s work and life elevator plays an increasingly important role.However,with the improvement of the popularity of elevator,people put forward higher requirements on the safety and comfort of the elevator.At present,the status detection of the elevator is mainly a regular inspection by technicians.The method can not monitor the elevator status accurately and in real time,which is also the main reason for the occurrence of elevator accidents.Based on consulting the domestic and foreign elevator fault types and relevant materials such as the elevator monitoring methods,and has been involved in the test of running status of many elevators.The fault mechanism analysis and the feasibility of the monitoring method are carried out,and the design of the on-line state detection system of the traction elevator is completed.Aiming at the method of removing the noise of mechanical failure signal of elevator gear reducer,the method of extracting fault of the tractor reducer based on improved eigentime scale decomposition(ITD)and slicing double spectrum is proposed.The improved ITD adopts the segmented cubic Hermit interpolation to obtain the envelope of the signal,which can effectively improve the component distortion of the original ITD method.First,the improved ITD is used to decompose the reducer fault signal into several inherent components.By comparing the spectrum and slice bispectrum in the normal state,the non-secondary phase coupling information is found.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional wire rope detection method,and in the absorption of the study on the damage detection of wire rope and technology at home and abroad,the wire rope fault detection based on magnetic flux leakage detection is analyzed.This paper expounds the technical principle of magnetic flux leakage testing and hall element arrangement and so on,and the wavelet transform theory is introduced to detect the fault characteristic information.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of traction elevator structure,the design basis of each part of monitoring system is described in detail from three aspects sensor selection,data acquisition and condition monitoring.Based on the data collected by multi-part elevator,and the elevator state monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on LabVIEW was developed.Through simulation and diagnosis,it is proved that improved ITD and slice double spectrum can effectively eliminate non-secondary phase coupling information and realize accurate extraction of fault features.Using wavelet multi-resolution analysis and singularity detection to analyze and process the fault signal of wire rope,this method can not only maintain and highlight the singularity of the original signal.After the wavelet denoising processing,the researchers can effectively extract the characteristics of the wire rope signal,and accurately determine the location of the broken wire.The developed LabVIEW platform can display the elevator running state in time and provide realistic data support for the daily monitoring of maintenance personnel.
