Low-carbon urban design has become an important support for the greenhouse gas emission reduction,promote the development of low carbon and other research and practice in the whole world.It through the transformation of the concept of urban space design,put forward the innovation theory which is suitable for the development of the times in the aspects of urban space,architecture,transportation and landscape,so as to guide the scientific design practice to achieve low-carbon urban construction.Central business district(CBD)has a high building density and volume ratio.At the same time,the overall energy consumption and the carbon emissions of transport and construction is very high.Therefore,the potential of energy conservation and carbon reduction of CBD is relatively large.Aiming at the characteristics and construction status of CBD in cold regions of China,this paper puts forward the strategies of energy saving and carbon reduction in urban design stage,using physical environment simulation technology and quantitative analysis means to provide tools and methods of energy saving and emission reduction in urban design stage,thus building a rational layout,comfortable environment,low-carbon and efficient CBD,and ultimately achieve the CBD urban design goals of low-pollution,low-power and low-emission.This study systematically combed the factors that affect carbon emission in urban design,and established a complete factor system.The carbon emission in the urban design scheme is studied,which lays the foundation for the low carbon planning and design of the CBD.On this basis,with the help of computer simulation technology,this study show the energy consumption and carbon emissions on the space and achieve the calculation of carbon emissions and assessment,which provides software and technical support for the comparative evaluation and adjustment and optimization of low-carbon urban design.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper proposes a series of low-carbon design strategies for Xiangluowan CBD.The results of this paper have direct reference function to the design of the central business district in the cold climate area,and have reference value for similar design of other climate zones.
