The graded crushed stone base has heat insulation,good drainage to the uneven deformation etc.,but because of the large amount of plastic deformation,bearing capacity than other base materials in many disadvantages such as small,heavy road not be used widely.At the same time,semi-rigid materials in pavement due to formation of temperature shrinkage crack disease,resulting in a reflective crack of asphalt layer,this layer of water through infiltration into the base,making more and more roads damaged prematurely.This paper presents a method for fabric reinforced pavement Graded Macadam Base reinforced soil,can not only upgrade the bearing capacity of the whole granular base,and can form the blind drain,let the water passes through the layer of pavement grassroots timely discharge,ensure the pavement life,require the use of reach a long-term road.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on analyzing the principle of reinforcement on the physical properties,water content and dry density,modulus of subgrade soil properties suggest;determine the physical and mechanical properties of geogrid,membrane,and obtained the basic mechanical properties of Graded Macadam by indoor experiment.(2)Through the analysis of the reinforcement mechanism of geotextile,this paper puts forward the material selection scheme and the structure form of the reinforced geotextile,that is to improve the mechanical properties of the pavement,and to form the function of isolating the capillary water.In this paper,the design idea of "rigid base and excellent surface" is put forward.At the same time,the PCC+AC composite pavement is designed as a long-term pavement structure.(3)The mechanical response characteristics of different asphalt pavement structures are analyzed.The finite element method is used to analyze the distribution characteristics of tensile stress,tensile strain and shear stress of the reinforced concrete pavement structure under different load conditions.(4)Analysis of geogrid mesh size on asphalt surface tensile stress,the effect of shear stress and tensile strain,the mesh size of recommended values for 30~50 mm analysis;the modulus of asphalt surface tensile stress,the effect of shear stress and tensile strain,the modulus of the recommended value for 500~700MPa.(5)Analysis of the impact response of subgrade modulus of pavement structure mechanics,the asphalt surface tensile stress,tensile strain,shear stress,or road surface deflection and the compression strain on top of subgrade,are affected by the surface soil modulus of the top.In order to improve the effect of geogrid,the modulus of subgrade is not less than 40 MPa.(6)The influence of different load on the mechanical response of pavement structure under different base is studied.The reinforced geotextile reinforcement,improve the mechanical parameters greatly the structure layer,especially the surface layer of the maximum shear stress decreased significantly,that of Graded Macadam Base reinforcement,can effectively reduce the level of stress of the asphalt pavement.
