The traditional village is an important cultural carrier to reflect the human development,and the rich historical and cultural information from which is the precious legacy left by the farming civilization.However,they are facing great changes while the rural construction blindly applies the urbanization mode.As a large number of traditional villages cultural landscape are being destroyed,the protection of traditional villages cultural landscape are extremely urgent.How to deal with the protection of the cultural landscape of traditional villages is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper are used field research,literature research,Interview method,analysis and demonstration method,selecting five typical villages in Guangxi as the research object,and investigating their material cultural landscape and spiritual and cultural landscape.The research reflects that the best cultural landscape protection among the villages is Longji village,whose cultural landscape integrity is 85.6%;while the worst one is Guoyang community,whose cultural landscape integrity is 23.5%.The cultural landscape of traditional villages in Guangxi presents the following characteristics:(1)The village landscape is mountainside,which adapts to nature;(2)The streets and lanes are changing in space and are closely integrated with historical environmental elements;(3)The traditional architecture has a long history and distinctive national features;(4)Cultural landscape in spiritual level highlights the local context.Digging in the dilemma villages faced,and then summarizing the root causes of Guangxi traditional village cultural landscape:(1)Historical buildings are severely damaged and disappearing.Most of the historical villages in the surveyed villages have a residual amount of only about 30,while historic buildings with less than 40%damage degree in the Guoyang Community,Shengtang Village and Danzhou Village account for 20%,17%and 12%respectively;(2)The emergence of a large number of new buildings damages history.In 2016,the new construction area in Guoyang Community,Shengtang Village,Danzhou Village and Gaoshan Village accounted for 59%,62%,64%and 48%of the total GFA of the village respectively;(3)Cultural heritage in trouble,performances as Cultural carrier carrying too much culture and leading disorder,and cultural conflict leading inheritance dating;(4)Protection consciousness is weak.70%of the villagers hold the "indifferent" and"unimportant" attitude to the protection of traditional villages;(5)Meager investment and management of Government.Only 4 villages in 211 traditional villages in Guangxi have invested more than 5 million of the special protection funds,and nearly 50%of the villages do not have special administrative departments;(6)Population outflow and ageing.The average outflow of surveyed villages accounts for 36.2%of the total population in the surveyed villages,and the average aged population accounts for 55%;(7)Broken public space,performances as domestic garbage reducing the quality of historical environmental factors,occuping and interrupting public space;(8)Serious homogenization trend in construction and localization.Based on the problem-oriented,the essay traces back to the root causes and refines the macro-level protection strategies of Guangxi's traditional village cultural landscapes:(1)The overall protection strategy;(2)Sustainable development strategy;(3)The development strategy based on protection.Aiming at the problems,the micro-level protection strategies are put forward:(1)Ecological museum;(2)Organic renewal;(3)Building the culture medium;(4)People-Government-Society three-in-one strategy;(5)The establishment of talent mechanism;(6)Local materials and experiential marketing;(7)The unified planning and guidance of public space.
