China's total energy resources,widely distributed,but uneven distribution of the region,the eastern,central and western regions of different energy endowments,resource reserves and energy consumption areas there is a clear asymmetry.With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the rigid growth of energy demand in China,the problem of energy shortage and the environmental pollution caused by energy consumption have seriously restricted the construction of resource-saving and ernvironment-friendly society in China,which hinders the development of China's economy and society.Therefore,we study the energy efficiency problem comprehensively and comprehensively explore the influence mechanism of each influencing factor on the change of energy intensity and the regional difference of energy efficiency.To adapt to the new economic norm,grasp the new trend of development,formulate the energy development plan in the next five years,realize the goal of energy saving and emission reduction,To solve the problem of energy consumption,improve energy efficiency,the development of energy-saving economy has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the study of the relevant theoretical literature of energy efficiency factorization method,this paper systematically summarizes the exponential decomposition method of nine kinds of bases,deduces the decomposition and multiplication process of Divisia decomposition method in detail,summarizes the characteristics,differences and applicability of the two decomposition method.In the aspect of empirical analysis,Combined with vertical and horizontal aspects to quantitatively describe the causes of changes in energy intensity,analyzes the trends,characteristics and causes of energy efficiency in China,and considers the regional differences of energy efficiency in China.The differences in energy efficiency between regions and regions are analyzed.The decomposition results can reflect the factors affecting the regional differences in China's energy efficiency.Under the guidance of theory,method and empirical research,the basic conclusions of this paper are as follows:Conclusion 1:There is incomplete decomposition in the method of Laspeyres decomposition method,which restricts its application in the analysis of influencing factors of energy efficiency.The total effect of Divisia decomposition is the sum of the effects of each department,and the decomposition results of the two can be converted into each other,which is very suitable for analyzing the influence degree and direction of the regional factors on the energy intensity fluctuation.Conclusion 2:The energy efficiency of various departments in the future will be continuously improved,and the transportation and storage postal industry will be the slowest growth of energy efficiency in China.On the whole,China's energy consumption growth slowed significantly,the overall strength of the steady decline in energy,and the next five years is still a downward trend,but the unit GDP energy consumption per year decline is relatively small,the total energy consumption is still huge,the next five years,China's energy demand pressure is still very serious,need to seek an effective way to improve energy efficiency.Conclusion 3:From 1996 to 2015,the main factors affecting the change of China's energy efficiency are efficiency factors,especially the efficiency effect of industrial sectors,while structural factors have little impact on energy efficiency in the short run.The differences in energy efficiency between China's three regions were between 2006 and 2015 The difference of energy efficiency difference is characterized by the gradual decrease of the eastern part and the slight fluctuation in the middle part of the west.Regional energy efficiency differences are mainly caused by regional differences,and regional differences are mainly caused by differences in the western region.The regional level of technology represented by the intensity of energy is the main factor of the change of energy efficiency,while the influence of industrial structure and regional output structure on the change of energy efficiency is very small.Finally,according to the conclusion of empirical research,some suggestions to reduce the energy intensity of china are put forward from the aspects of energy saving,rational optimization of industrial structure and improvement of resource allocation.
