In this paper,the engine is simulated on the rotor dynamics experiment platform,collect the signal,then the data is entered into the vibration data acquisition and analysis system of turbojet engine based on Lab VIEW platform,and I mainly study some technical problems in the design and implementation of the system.The man-machine interface of the system must have I/O function,data acquisition function,waveform analysis function and data storage function.Within the algorithm,the following modules must be provided:Firstly,on the basis of signal preprocessing,the electronic controller is designed,and the data acquisition module is designed.Then,according to the sampling theorem,two basic modules of time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis are implemented.Then,the time-frequency analysis module is realized by Boolean operation.Then,the wavelet analysis module is implemented according to fast Fourier transform.Through the improvement and optimization algorithm,the offline analysis module which is suitable for large amounts of data is implemented.Then,the fault characteristic database is established,and the eigenvalues of each fault phase are analyzed and compared to realize the fault diagnosis.
