wMPS(workshop Measurement and Positioning System)which is a kind of distributed large-scale metrology system,has been used widely in the measurement task of large-scale equipment such as plane,spacecraft and ship.In the face of high precision and efficient measurement requirements and complex measurement environment,wMPS needs to further decrease its measurement error by corresponding optimizing.Based on the analysis of the error source of wMPS,this paper researches the laser surface fitting error which is the main systematic error of wMPS.This paper analyzes and optimizes the fitting model.Additionally,laser surface optimization model is introduced in wMPS multi-station measurement and isomerism measurement network to optimize the measurement system.The major research contents of this paper are shown as follows:1.Start with single station of wMPS,this paper analyzes the source of error and the scanning laser surface fitting model to introduce quadric surface model instead of plane model.Based on the research of high precision controlling field construction method,this paper explains the method of calibrating laser quadric surface with controlling point.Additionally,the calculation method of quadric surface coefficient is deduced.2.The laser quadric surface model is introduced in wMPS multi-station measurement and the orientation method of different station in multi-station measurement is explained.And then,this paper analyzes the geometric angle intersection method and the algebra adjustment method in coordinate calculation of multi-station measurement.Additionally,the method of multi-station coordination measurement optimization based on laser quadric surface model is researched.3.The multi-station measurement optimization model is introduced in isomerism measurement network.With combination of wMPS and laser tracker,the structure method of isomerism measurement network is explained.Based on the analyzation of isomerism measurement network method,this paper researches the data weight fusion algorithm to optimize the isomerism measurement network.Additionally,the precision evaluation method of isomerism measurement network is analyzed.4.Some experiments are performed to verify the optimization effect of scanning laser surface and the fitting effect of plane model and quadric surface model is compared.And then,this paper performs Monte Carlo simulation with matlab and calculates the measurement accuracy of isomerism measurement network.Additionally,the experiment platform is set up to perform the multi-station measurement experiment and the isomerism measurement network experiment.
