| As a modern high-tech industrial measurement equipment,the laser tracker has the characteristics of high precision and high frequency.Its measurement accuracy can meet the accuracy requirements of measurement work of high-speed maglev track control network(CFⅢ)in the future.However,because its main application scenario is the field of industrial measurement,there is no laser tracker data acquisition software developed for the field of precision engineering measurement in the market,The existing control software of various laser trackers also does not meet the relevant requirements of high-speed maglev engineering measurement and the usage habits of Surveyors.Therefore,in order to better apply the laser tracker to the precision engineering measurement of high-speed maglev construction,a CFⅢ three-dimensional control network data acquisition software(CFⅢ DMS)is developed based on Leica’s mainstream laser tracker.Firstly,according to the general process of software system development,this thesis systematically analyzes the relevant requirements of CFⅢ DMS from the perspective of application field and user requirements,defines the objectives and principles of software development,determines the feasibility of CFⅢ DMS development,and designs the business process and specific functional modules of CFⅢ DMS in detail.Secondly,this thesis describes in detail the measurement methods and data processing algorithm models involved in the four main functional modules of "communication module","automatic measurement and data processing module of three-dimensional control network","free station measurement and data processing module" and "track dynamic and static measurement and data preprocessing module",and introduces and deduces the formulas related to the algorithm.Finally,this thesis encodes,realizes and integrates the functions of CFⅢ DMS,tests and verifies the functions by means of measurement experiments,compares and analyzes the calculation results of CFⅢ DMS with the measurement and data processing results of commercial software with similar functions in the market,and verifies the correctness of the data acquisition and processing results of CFⅢ DMS. |
