Experimental Study On Calibration Of Natural Gas Flow Totalizer Through Multifunction Process Calibrator

For the compressible natural gas,the amount of compensation is not accumulated to flowmeter and is only capable of measuring gas volume of working conditions,unable to calculate the volume of gas under standard conditions.And national regulations for the natural gas trade settlement the reading should be a standard volume of state.To fix the volume of additional error conditions and standard volumetric amounts between the general flow totalizer to achieve.It is through the temperature collected online gas pressure and flow pulse signal,and by a certain mathematical model to convert the actual volume amounts to a standard state volume of display by the flow totalizer output,so as to achieve trade settlement for measurement Claim.The relevant provisions of the State Metrology Law require measuring instrument calibration should be performed regularly.However,due to the limitations of technology and equipment,making the flow totalizer independent tester is difficult to achieve,the relevant authorities have mostly ignored this point.In the actual work,we found that the measurement problems due to flow totalizer not tested regularly occurring common,easy to make both supply and demand unnecessary trade disputes.Flow Totalizer implementation of periodic testing,must be able to effectively address the management of the flow totalizer measurement issues arising out of control.This study is based on flow totalizer verification procedures JJG 1003-2005,the use of multifunction process calibrator effective testing flow totalizer through the signal conversion device,to make up for the lack of flow totalizer testing reached quickly and easily the purpose of the test,facilitate the effective management of the flow totalizer.Using self-developed "signal conversion device" with the multifunction process calibrator Flow Totalizer achieve effective test method,which in our daily work has achieved good results.
