| The multi-functional on-line calibrating instrument is a new device used to test and calibrate the error of watt-hour meters. It can measure many AC electric quantities and also it can be used to calibrate the error of watt-hour meters while they are working. So it is an ideal portable multi-functional instrument for electric power providers.This paper presents the development of the multi-functional on-line calibrating instruments, the basic concept about measurement of the watt-hour and the realization process of the calibrating instruments for worksite at the beginning. Then it explains the whole scheme of the DSB-301A multi-functional on-line calibrating instruments of three-phase in detail. It introduces the realization of the data collecting system and the data display-storage system, and it also introduces the design method of the drive of the SPI communciation between two systems. At the end of this paper, it lays out the problems existed in the system and proposes some suggestions in order to improve the system.At present the DSB-301A multi-functional on-line calibrating instrument of three-phase has already been completed as a prototype. The basic functions of this product have been completed. And these days we are busy with the terminal debugging. |
