Large amount of residential areas exists in urban and it is an important part of the urban energy consumption.With the worsening of the world's energy and environment problem,the research on energy conservation especially on building energy efficiency has become a common subject of concern in the world.At present,quite a number of research on residential energy saving design have been done,among these most focus on residential building monomer,few research focus on residential building groups or units,its research on energy saving and energy consumption are still in the qualitative level of analysis and comparison.It is lack in comprehensive consideration of surrounding environment and influence between buildings and also lack in quantitative research of the relationship between energy-saving residential design factors and effects.In view of this,this paper will use the method of quantitative research on residential areas,using energy consumption simulation technology to find out Carbon emission factors and influences in energy-saving design and analysis the results of energy-saving effect with quantitative factors.We hope this result will give an scientific basis in how to optimize energy-design on residential areas.First,this paper will extract some relevant factors of energy-saving design from residential planning aspects,including monomer residential building factors and residential groups and unit factors.Secondly,comparing and analysising of the main energy simulation software currently,we decide to use HTB2(Developed by The British at Cardiff university in Wales institute)as a simulation software on different energy-saving design factors.This paper will take TianJin district as a research object to determine boundary conditions,the energy consumption simulation model,simulation method and simulation evaluation index combining collected data and investigation data in the field.Once again,respectively from two aspects of residential buildings and residential groups or units,we will try to summarized the rules of certain residential energy-saving design using one factor as a variable as energy simulation experiment to conclude the quantity relationship between different design factors and energy consumption,the changing trend of energy consumption within the changing of design factors,the influence of various factors on energy consumption,etc.At last,we will use Tianjin Tianheyuan residential area as an example by HTB2 simulation software to prove reliability of the energy saving optimization measures and explore residential energy saving potential of the scheme design phase,based on the quantity relationship of all factors among energy design to correct residential area planning and give relevant design suggestions.
