| Driven by the development of national economy,China’s highway transportation has developed rapidly.Tianjin is the center city of the Bohai economic circle and the important port city,passenger and freight transportation is increasing day by day.At the same time with the coastal economic development and the degree of external deepening,the rapid increase in the port cargo,land transport demand has increased dramatically,Resulting in Tianjin,a lot of roads prematurely cracks,rut,pit,crowded bag and other damage,shorten the normal life of the road.So the overweigh and overload frequency is rising.Therefore,in the future road design,we should focus on overloading and overweight to bring damage to the road,to enhance road service levels and service life.In view of the above mentioned practical problems,the representative road usage in Tianjin area is investigated,and the composition of the vehicle and the axle load statistic is analyzed in this paper,which has a clear understanding of the load imposed by the vehicle.Then the mechanical response of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement under axle load was analyzed using pavement structure software.The influence parameters of the road were analyzed in detail,and the effect and influence degree of different parameters were obtained.The relationship between pavement structure,traffic axle load condition and possible pavement breakage was analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures for asphalt pavement damage prevention and treatment were studied.Then the design structure of asphalt pavement under heavy load is put forward according to the result of local investigation.the valuable advice for the future road construction in the region is provided in the paper.Which provides practical significance for improving the service life of asphalt pavement in heavy traffic environment. |
