Research On Metro OCC Emergency Management And Countermeasure Based On ATS System

In the 21st century,with the rapid economic development in our country,the urbanization has attracted attention.As a result,the population of cities has also increased.Population pressure has led to travel pressure.As an important member of the city,the metro transportation has got more and more governments attention.But the metro construction and operation are also facing the danger of all kinds of emergencies.Therefore,OCC as the brain of the metro operation,has play a very important role.The article is based on the metro OCC.Firstly,the article describes the overall structure and category of the ATC system and research structural features and functions of the three subsystems of ATC:ATS system,ATO system,ATP system.Then,the article research the ATS system equipment status,signal and train operation and line operation and management and emergencies types,characteristics and hazards.Combined with the daily work,the article use the crisis management and collaborative governance theory of emergencies to study the emergency management of metro.Lastly,with the monitoring and warning system,the emergency drill system and the resource protection system,the article has build the emergency management countermeasures as DaLian Metro.
