Application Of BIM Technology In Project Management

With the rapid development of China's construction industry,the engineering technology content is becoming higher and higher,and the construction requirements are becoming more and more complicated.Modern architecture more evident than traditional construction difficulties,large information capacity,innovation design is various,such as project construction quality and schedule control precision is high,the cost budget requirements and project coordination is difficult,the existing engineering practice,using the traditional construction technology and related software,has been unable to solve many difficulties arising from the project,often leads to appear multiple times in the process of construction of rework phenomenon,construction efficiency is low,cause huge waste to the society and national economy.Therefore,in order to realize the effective utilization of resources and improve the efficiency of construction,it is very necessary to combine the specific cases with the application of existing BIM technology for more systematic and in-depth research and discussion.This paper firstly describes the theory and method of BIM technology,project integrated information management theory and project cost,schedule and quality control.Combining comprehensive lab building project case,the use of BIM related software to build a building,structure,and so on various professional model,integrate in Navisworks software,enter the time dimension,on the project construction progress simulation,collision detection and generate animation,then using revit software bring up the schedule of the statistics of quantities,to accurately predict the project cost,to verify the unique advantages in the process of BIM technology in the project construction.The system analysis to study the application of BIM technology in the project,including 3 d games,concept,dimension,green design,node construction,etc.,based on BIM technology is a case of actual simulation.The application of BIM technology in the project has important practical significance and guidance.
