Operation mode adjustment and dispatching operation play important role in the power system operation.When implementing frequent dispatching operations for the increasingly complex power system,dispatching operator has to face the massive raw data due to lack of powerful scientific tools and rely on experience to make dispatching decisions.On the other hand,the grid tends to be a smart grid called Cyber-Physical System(CPS),in which the electric power space and the information space are highly integrated.The openness,compatibility and interconnection of the power communication network,make the cross-space fault to become the objective fact.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly studies the risk assessment approach on the dispatching control considering the CPS,as following:(1)A real-time risk assessment approach for dispatching operation of CPS based on critical equipment search is proposed.Through finding the buses and branches sensitive to the dispatching operations,the system risk variation before and after the dispatching operations,can be analyzed rapidly and accurately.On the strength of overload risk of branch and voltage violation risk of bus,a practical method is given in this paper to identify the weakness of the grid.(2)A risk assessment method for cross-space failure of CPS is proposed based on its influence to the control function of CPS.Hardware,software and human factors of the information system are synthetically taken into account.Then the reliability model of the control function thus constructed with the state space method.According to the influences from failure of the control function of the information system to the line reliability,the occurrence mechanism of the cross-space fault of CPS is studied.The probability of the cascading failure and the expected energy not supplied(EENS)are used as the risk indices.
