As the support system of smart grid,the power communication network with large capacity and multi-level has been paid more and more attention to its safe and stable operation and service provision capabilities.As an important part of the power communication network,the power dispatching data network carries a large number of interactive business,data business and critical information.Once a risk event occurs in the transmission layer of the power dispatching data network,it will cause serious losses of business.Therefore,it is greatly significant to carry out the research on the risk assessment method of the power dispatching data network.Although the existing risk assessment methods of network can provide some research ideas,these methods are unitary,fail to achieve a comprehensive risk factor consideration,and fail to map with the business carried on the network.Therefore,the results of the evaluation are difficult to explain the actual problems of the network.In order to solve the above problems,this paper is based on the statistical data of the actual power dispatching data network,and has carried out a comprehensive study on the risk assessment of the power dispatching data network.First of all,this paper comprehensively considers the impact of the routing path organization on the network risk,and apply theory of fault tree to establish a failure model for different path organization business.Combined with the business loss estimation which based on the theory of bussiness fault status transformation,and the network risk assessment model based on business is established.Then,this paper combined with the network configuration,business failure status and criticality analysis,and applying with the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,the operation risk assessment model of power dispatching data network based on FMECA is proposed.After the establishment of the two models,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the two models,and obtains the different meanings of the two models in the application scenes and quantitative conclusion.After that,this paper aims at the state of maintenance which is a special risk event,and puts forward an “N-X” risk assessment method under the maintenance mode of dispatching data network based on the theory of probability risk assessment.Finally,this paper applies the operation statistics of the power dispatching data network,and carries out simulation analysis for feasibility and verification on system for the three models.The living example results show that the three models can effectively quantify the risk of different meanings for the dispatching data network.Therefore,the three models proposed in this paper have certain engineering value.
