| The existing cutter suction dredger is facing lots of problem such as severe hull deformation and corrosion,equipment obsolescence,technological backwardness,imperfect functions.All these deficiencies can not meet the requirements of future economic development.In order to improve channel navigation condition and the ability of channel maintenance,to service economy development along the river,Heilongjiang River is in urgent need of self-propelled cutter suction dredger.This paper designs and studies self-propelled cutter suction dredger sailing in the middle of Heilongjiang River.The dredger’s dimension is restricting by operating water.However,the current research on the self-propelled cutter suction dredger are mostly large-tonnage ship.Nowadays the research of small-sized dredger is still relatively rare.The emphasis of this paper is to optimize of ship’s rapidity in the case of the complex navigation,the shallow draft and shallow propeller immersion.Firstly,this paper finished the ship preliminary design and the electric propulsion design of the ship.And then clarify the superiority of the design dredger by comparing with the non-self-propelled one.Secondly,it verified the precision of Star-CCM + by comparing its results with experimental data.Then,this paper studies the effect of the ship stem department size on the resistance,and optimize the hull lines on the basis of results.Providing hull resistance under different water depth by Star-CCM +.Finally,a boat-paddle system model has been build to analyze the performance impact of shallow water on propulsion of the ducted propeller.This paper studied the interference of propeller shaft dip deep on hydrodynamic performance of the hull and propeller,and then designed the usage of propeller according to the result. |
