Currently,the world of the oceans as an important strategic territory,maritime rights and interests around the conducted various contention.The submarine as having a strong offensive,highly covert strategic weapon,since its birth,it has played an important role in a variety of maritime disputes.It is a symbol of a nation's naval power,with high status and value.Meanwhile,the submarine voyage at sea is a high-risk operations action.Once the submarine accident happened,it will cause significant losses,the consequences could be disastrous.Among the many submarine accident,the collision occurs is the most frequently.Recent years,more and more collisions submarine underwater have sounded the alarm.Because of the submarine sailed collision avoidance problem stage study literature less,this paper carried on submarine voyage Decision Support Technology.Faced submarine collision avoidance complexity and particularity,the paper on the basis of surface vessels on collision avoidance,collision avoidance for submarine underwater conducted in-depth research.The basic idea is: First of submarine sports model was set up then describes the basic principles of the submarine collision avoidance,and finally to establish a submarine collision risk model,and based on this decision support to complete the submarine collision avoidance systems.Firstly,the submarine campaign model was be created.To analyze submarine collision avoidance actions,we first need to create dynamic model of the submarine.After the paper analyzes the submarine motion,motion-based features and physics submarines,to meet the requirements for analysis through a number of assumptions,the mathematical model of submarine space movement.Secondly,we have analyzed the basic principle of the submarine collision avoidance.In order to achieve submarine navigation collision avoidance,collision avoidance here for surface ships of the basic mechanisms and rules for the reference,specifically related to knowledge and basic principles of the submarine collision avoidance.As the "1972 International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea," simply shows the Collision Regulations,for the submarines,because of its special nature,can not be completely in accordance with the rules to avoid collision.Paper introduces the submarine collision avoidance procedures.Submarine encounter were divided situation,clear the submarine collision avoidance rule to determine the submarine safe distance,clearly explains the basic principles of Submarine Voyage collision avoidance.Again,the submarine collision risk model was be created.To determine the submarine collision risk,and then take collision avoidance,collision avoidance submarine thesis proposes a collision risk model based on fuzzy theory,the collision risk to the horizontal plane and the vertical plane collision risk is calculated separately analysis,and ultimately determine collision risk submarines.Finally,the paper describes MATLAB constructs the collision avoidance decision model submarine auxiliary Collision Avoidance System,and its simulation experiments show the effectiveness of the system,the success of its purpose assist collision avoidance decisions.
