The development of the city can not be separated from water resources,in order to meet people's daily water,the water supply network system can transmit the water resources from the water source to millions of households.In the construction of modern cities,the water supply system provides water for urban residents and industrial production,it is an important guarantee for the development of the city,it is a source of life for city to a modern.Water supply network system is part of the urban water supply system,but also it is a very important part of the investment from the point of view of the status of the water pipe network system to better explain the problem in the urban water supply system investment,water supply network investment accounted for even More than 70% of the entire water supply system.A water supply pipe network system usually consists of water source,pressure valve,node,pipe section and other parts,these facilities directly affect the water supply network system of economic benefits and water security,directly related to the normal supply of water.With the rapid development of China's economy,many large and medium-sized cities continue to expand,in the early design of water supply network,it can not take into account the urban development of water supply needs,and water pipe network system gradually from a simple tree network to large-scale complex ring.The development of the pipe network has led to the failure of many old water supply network systems to meet the standards of new urban development.Therefore,in order to keep up with the rapid pace of urban development,the old pipe network system expansion has become particularly important,the optimal design of the water supply network system has become very meaningful.Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)has been applied to the optimization of water supply network by domestic and foreign scholars because of its small parameters and less global search ability.In this paper,the optimal design model of the water supply network is established,and the objective function of the pipe network is measured by the total construction cost of the pipe network.The relationship between the economic and reliability of the pipe network is found,and the water supply pipe is measured by the surplus node.The reliability objective model of the reliability of the network is established,and the mathematical optimization model of the multi-objective function is established.In the model solving method,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the pipe network model.The concept of particle swarm complexity is defined to quantitatively measure the degree of particle swarm optimization in particle swarm optimization algorithm.The particle swarm optimization is used to dynamically adjust the important parameters inertia weight of particle swarm optimization algorithm to enhance the optimization ability of the algorithm.Aiming at the problem that the complexity of the latter part of the particle swarm algorithm is reduced and the convergence rate is decreased,the variation of the particle is selected.In this paper,the concept of particle complexity is proposed based on particle swarm complexity to determine the variation threshold of the particles in the algorithm,so that the late particles of the algorithm can still maintain a certain degree of complexity.In the information Increased useful information in the interaction,so as to improve the convergence rate of the algorithm.Finally,the improved particle swarm algorithm is applied to the actual construction of the water supply network of a city in a city of Hunan Province.Considering the multi-objective constraint of the economic and reliability of the pipe network,the results are compared with the genetic algorithm and the standard particle swarm optimization The results show that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm can not only reduce the economic investment of pipe network construction engineering,but also improve the reliability of water supply network system,and has important application and research value.
