Research Of Key Technologies In Jack-Up Construction

In recent years,with the improvement of the detailed design,production technology and facilities,the construction focus of jack-up drilling platforms is gradually shifted to China.More and more jack-up orders flocks to China.In order to accelerate the upgrading of jack-up,as well as to provide technical support for batch built,this paper carried out the key technologies in jack-up construction.This paper based on the actual project,summed up construction methods of the main hull& living area,leg & Spud,cantilever and lifting,sub division,close order and precision control,etc..Contrast the traditional regular fold method,and then propose an optimized and efficiency method in jack-up leg and cantilever folded.Then sum up installation process of jack-up drilling platform's important equipments,outline the installation process and pre-installation preparation,and summarize the focus of attention.This paper expounds the scope of the technologies.Then sum up important test and debug,testing preparation and procedures of jack-up rigs.Analyze the pros and cons of different test method.At last,through the analysis and contrast in construction and testing program of jack-up,combed the key technologies in jack-up construction,is the main hull' division and key equipment installation and commissioning,saved the problems of the long delivery term and construction,then give the scope of application.Hope to improve the competitiveness of CIMC raffles,and provide information and guidance for jack-up construction and debugging.
