Because of the lack of Special jack-testing equipments in China, the dissertation developed the jack compositive experiment equipment using computer technology and so on. The study on the project has a very positive meaning and value to the development of jack industry.In chapter 1, the development background of this assignment is briefly introduced. The present research and using situation in jack experiment equipments are reviewed. The trait and the main failure type of the jack which is tested are introduced. The design objective and chief assignment of the detector is confirmed by the company's demands and some related standards.In chapter 2, the components of the equipment's mechanism are expounded, including the test-bed, the torque measurement system, installation structure of jack and so on. As the designing of the equipment's mechanism, the jack compositive experiment equipment is fit for many kinds of jacks.In chapter 3, the components of The MCU chip centered automatic control system are expounded, including motor control circuit, serial communication circuit, analog signal-collection circuit and so on.Some Anti-interference measures are used in order to improve the reliability, the safety, and the stability of the system.In chapter 4, the software structure of the equipment's lower machine and the serial communication protocol is introduced.According to structured programming, the software of the lower machine is composed by the main program, the subroutine and interrupt service routine.In the program, some methods are used to improve the software's reliability and the simplicity of operating maintenance.In chapter 5, The design principle and the general design scheme of the upper software are introduced.The design and coding of the upper software is completed. The software of the upper machine is composed by serial port communication, database and so on.In chapter 6, depend on the accelerated life test theory, the material accelerated life test project is designed. The normal life of the tested jack is evaluated by analyzing the test results with life distribution and appropriate accelerated life model.In chapter 7, the main achievements of the dissertation are summarized and the further research work, which will be done in the near future now on is put forward.
