The high voltage isolation switches are extensively applied in power system,whose safe and reliable operation is the important guarantee for the stable and reliable power supply.With the rapid development of the electric power industry,our country put forward higher request to the intelligent of high voltage isolation switches.In this paper,the new sensors,the power electronics,the data processing,the communication and other technologies are applied to the traditional high-voltage isolation switches,to achieve automatic control and intelligent Monitoring for the high-voltage isolation switches,as well as real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of operating status.It is helpful to improve the intelligent level of distribution network,and has a certain significance for ensuring the safe,reliable and intelligent operation of the power grid.Firstly,we analyze the working principle of the high voltage switch mechanical structure and electric control mechanism,and summarize the technical requirements and current research status of two intelligent directions of automatic control and condition monitoring of the high voltage isolating switches,to provide the theoretical basis and design basis for the equipment design.On this basis,this paper presents an intelligent design scheme of the 10 k V high voltage isolation switch intelligent equipment.The main research points include three parts: the electric control,operation condition monitoring and communication function of the control mechanism.In the aspect of electric control,this paper designs a kind of control circuit to regulate the motor speed by controlling the output of the IGBT,and the current value of the motor is collected by the Holzer sensor to carry out the blocking protection.The motor control software adopts the control strategy of soft start,soft stop and stress release,which can reduce the inertia effect of the electric mechanism and avoid the mechanical impact of the contact,so that the control is more accurate.In the aspect of the state monitoring,this paper designed the specific wireless temperature and pressure sensors on the high voltage isolation switch contact temperature and button contact pressure monitoring,and 433 MHz wireless communication to the monitoring host,and finally through the serial port upload to the main control unit for processing and display,the design of the piezoelectric button contact pressure sensor with gasket structure,which can monitor the change of the pressure of the compression spring during the closing process,according to which we can analyze the contact condition of the contact.In the remote data communication,the RS485 and Ethernet communication interface are adopted,and the ?COS-III real-time operating system is embedded into the main control unit design,which can carry out real-time command interaction with the monitoring center,to achieve local and remote monitoring and control of high-voltage isolation switch.Finally,through the construction of the experimental platform to test the various functions,including the experiment of the local and simulated remote control electric mechanism to realize the open and close for the high voltage isolation switch,the monitoring experiment of the contact temperature and the button contact pressure,and the group pulse electromagnetic compatibility test etc.The experimental results show that the design of the 10 k V intelligent high voltage isolation switch has high reliability and can realize the real-time monitoring of the operation condition,and achieves the expected design effect.
