Development Of Online Testing Platform For Aviation Generator Characteristics

This paper introduces a kind of automatic device used for determination of aviation generator features.As the core of the aircraft power supply system,air generator requires strict test before they run,after each indexes meet the requirements,can be put into use.At present are all manual testing equipment,automation degree is low,and the precision is difficult to meet the requirements,based on the present situation,proposed and designed a LabVIEW software platform as the core,signal conditioning and data acquisition card based on hardware of automatic test equipment,can realize automatic control,automate load loading and automatic data collection and storage.This test system hardware is mainly composed of motor,load control and data acquisition of three parts.By controlling the frequency converter to rotate the prime mover,again through raising speed gearbox aviation generator under test is made to reach the required rated speed,at the same time to control another inverter drive fan,for aviation generator cooling;In the aviation generator during normal operation,through the NI data acquisition card PCI-6225 acquisition of the electrical signal,and display in the PC;By PLC control load cases,the aviation generator load control,which can realize impedance,perceptual,balanced and unbalanced load and unload.The PC interface of this test system developed by Lab VIEW language,mainly divided into waveform display,data display,data analysis,instrument control four parts.Can be carried out on the generator,fan control and display its state,manual or automatic discharge load,and at the same time of aircraft generator in the form of waveform and digital signals for display.Can be intuitive show the aviation generator running state,in the operation process has strict logical structure,effectively prevent wrong operation of workers.Finally,this system in the industrial field test of aircraft generator test verification.In the test,at the same time can affect up to two ac or two dc generators for testing,and various functions can meet the requirements.Epilogue,this paper discusses the test system deficiency and the future work direction.
